Where can I buy your jewellery?

We believe we are stocked by the best destination store jewellery retailers around New Zealand, which include premium Jewellery, Department, Fashion, and Gift stores. Please go to our ‘Stockists’ tab if you would like location details of your nearest stockist. If you do not have a stockist nearby you can shop online here on this site.

I am a retailer, how do I go about stocking ‘Urban and French’?

Urban and French is proudly stocked in premium outlets around New Zealand and in some areas there may already be an existing Urban and French stockist. Please contact us in the first instance by e-mail at office@urbanandfrench.com and we can provide you with the necessary information.

Will every stockist have every design and if not, can I order it?

Some stockists may not have the product you want available in-store. This can either be through selling out and not replacing that item, or the store not stocking the entire range. The good news is that they can simply custom order it for you – and if we have it available, we will certainly dispatch it to the servicing retailer.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Can I have my jewellery delivered today?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns tab on any product page for estimated delivery timeframes

Can I collect my jewellery instead of having it delivered?

Sorry - we don't offer a click and collect service.

Do you ship to my country?

At this stage we ship only throughout New Zealand.

What are your delivery charges?

Please refer to the Shipping & Returns tab on any product page for shipping prices.

Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box?

New Zealand does allow this, but they are the exception. Customers in New Zealand requiring shipment to a Post Office Box will need to present identification and sign for their parcels at the local post office store before they will give the parcel to you.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for faulty products, items damaged in transit, where items do not match the product description and also for 'change of mind purchases'. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal or bank deposit.

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

No, we do not accept purchases made over the phone. If you’d like to purchase an Urban and French product, you can order via our website or in-store, through one of our stockists.

Is gift wrapping available?

Each piece of jewellery bought online already comes in an individual bag. No additional gift wrapping service is available.

Are the products pictured the actual size?

As there are variations in computer monitor sizes, it is very difficult to show the actual size of a product on the internet.

If an item is sold out, when will it come back in?

Because many lines are often produced in limited quantities products may sell out. We always suggest getting in early to secure your favourite styles to avoid disappointment. If the product is featured in the sale section and it’s sold out it it’s unlikely we will restock this item. However we do replenish stock of other products periodically so keep checking back to see if it’s available.

How often do you have sales?

As a premium and designer jewellery brand, Urban and French are never on sale. Our strategy is to instead offer great value on our RRP everyday prices. However, if from time to time we are caught with excess stock or samples and may discount these through our on-line store.

Where is Urban and French made?

Urban and French sources its products from around the world. Some products are both designed and manufactured by hand in Denmark, while others are designed in Germany but then manufactured in China, where many of the world’s jewellery and premium brands are made.
